Return Policy

Delivery and Returns: 

We at Auto Glass Colorado are committed to the success and profitablity of all our customers, which is why we have a great return policy.

For all our delivery customers we ask that scratches or damages be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Our glass is inspected multiple times before leaving our warehouse, we do the absolute best to make sure you do not receive damaged glass. However, if something gets by our driver, please let us know within the allotted time frame to ensure that we can get you a replacement. 

  • All returns must be made within 7 days of the sale with the factory sticker in place.
  • Returns after 7 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • AGC cannot accept any returns after 30 days.
  • Logo glass is subject to a 10% restocking fee on all purchases. (Logo meaning Mopar, Carlite, Carlex, & Crinamex)
  • Absolutley no returns on buyout parts.
  • All returns must be clean and in re-sellable condition.
  • No parts will be accepted with primer, urethane, or scratches.
  • Tempered glass must have original box and sticker to receive credit.

 

Stress crack policy:

We understand stress cracks will happen from time to time. In order to keep our prices low, it is important we follow the proper procedure in order for you to receive full credit.

Please take a picture of the stressed windshield while it is INSTALLED in your customer’s vehicle, and send the image along with your invoice number, and purchase date to Brian.

Purchase a new windshield & once it in installed and we receive the old windshield back, we will issue credit to your account provided all of the above criteria was met. Please consider adding stress protection to all of your windshields for $2 each to cover your purchase in case of damage or breakage which is not covered under this policy.
